KEIMC is a specialist company on the filed of porcelain Insulators.The company¡¯s production base is located at Zimuzui town where is 90KM away from Changsha to there.The production base covers an area of 10,000 square meters.About 100 laborers are working at this base.
KEIMC is producing and selling Porcelain Insulators for Electricity station/Electricity Distribution system. Our products are supplied to many Electricity equipment manufacturers in the world for assembling multifarious Electricity equipment such as Transformer, Cut out fuse. Except to produce standard porcelain insulators,we also manufacture a wide variety of special porcelains designed to customer specifications.Developed in conjunction with the customer\'s engineers, each is unique to a particular application. Among the types of products, we produce to customer designs are:
Arrester housings, Capacitor housings, Transformer Bushings, Switchgear breaker bushings, Switchgear wall bushings, Precipitator bushings,etc.All of our products are produced and test according to IEC,ANSI,DIN,JIS,BS and other international standards.
KEMIC has two modern Gas kiln. The temperature in the kiln is controlled by infrared digital meter. The production capacity is up to 1100 tons per year
